Our wien courses run on Saturday’s once per month at the stylish Hyatt Regency Hotel in our own private suite and include a great 3 course lunch (with wine of course!). This is our most popular wine course and a great opportunity to introduce yourself to the fascinating and diverse world of wine. As we taste our way through 15 wines, interspersed with a great 3-course lunch, throughout the day we examine all the facets of wine you need to know to rapidly increase your choice, understanding and enjoyment of wines.

1145 The world's main white grapes - regions, characteristics and diversity

1230 Sparkling wines - champagne, prosecco, cava and the rest

1315 Lunch. Three courses matched with wine

1415 The world's main red grapes - regions, characteristics and diversity

1500 Food and wine matching - hints and tips for the perfect choices

1530 Sweet wines - vastly underestimated and surprising food matches

1600 Quality and price - what to choose for best value

1630 Close.
