It's an undisputed fact that the majority of the world's wine production is red. There are a number of reasons for this and here is a great opportunity to explore the fascinating and diverse world of red wine. With so many different options, from light and fruity through to rich and powerful, we take a tour of the world's major red wine producing areas looking at the different grape varieties and how they compare. Compare New World with Old, different styles of production and how varying climates can make very different wines from the same grape!
